This license converts your Insight CTS3 to a Insight+, which has the ability to accept and flash Custom Tuning calibrations from an approved Edge third party calibrator. Turn your Insight CTS3 into a custom tuning device in minutes with this digital download! For adding custom tuning options to applications that require the ECM or TCM to be unlocked before flashing (2017-2023 L5P Duramax), this is not the upgrade you need. Once testing is complete with California, and an E.O. number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
