Poor Fit

I bought this item from Genos Garage. It is a very poor fit and the bolt is too short. I could not find the reccomended length so I bought a little longer and shorted it ti fit but all I could find was a her head. Not a good look. I might go back to my windshield mount. However I do like the new position of the CTS2.

Poor fit

I bought from Genos Garage. Poor fit and yes the bolt is too short. I went back to my windshield mount. Looks like I wasted $109. I did find a bolt that fit,but it was a hex head not a good look. The product is well made and does match the interior.

Not worth the money

It does what it’s supposed to do well enough. The fit is horrific and the color is off. But for my work truck it’s perfect. Don’t expect to put this in a show truck.

Had it installed and working within an hour. Have it on the economy setting and it seems so far that I’m getting better mileage. I did try the power settings at first and there is a lot of difference.

Needs a little work

Just arrived today. The other reviews was saying the bolt is to short. Well, it's not. The fit and finish of the product is the problem. All I did was use my dremel and sand down the edges a bit. Not a super clean look, but it still works. It keeps saying image to large so I'm going to make a video for youtube.

Good fitting part. Previous reviews mentioned the bolt provided was way to short. I figured this was corrected. NOT!! If you purchase be prepared to track down a M6x1.0x75 bolt to attach.

You'll need a longer bolt

Install went ok you will need a longer bolt for the top though color match is great quality is ok the adapter isnt going to handle any offroad racing but its solid enough for the streets

Poor design, not well thought out

Not full length, shorter than OEM and mounts over the top. No color options so likely won't match your interior trim color. The gauge is circular and not rectangular to match chip dimension. Mounting bracket is cheap and looks tacky. Better off using the windshield mount that comes stock with the chip.

I bought this within the month and recently installed it. Only issue I currently have is the long bolt is too short. I have been trying to find one that fits, but so far no luck. Looks like I'll have to improvise.

Good but Some Problems (With Older Edge Monitors)

Matches factory color, fitment is kinda loose on the pillar, the fasteners were a bit short had to buy longer bolts. Also had to modify mount to make it work for my first gen Edge Monitor by grinding the mount itself and adding velcro tape. But its a lot better than the monitor just hanging like it was.

Pretty good

My suction cup mount kept falling off and i wanted a more permanent solution. This installed pretty easy, looks pretty good, and holds it securely. Needs a longer mounting screw as the one provided is barely long enough.

Doesn’t fit as well as I wanted, but seems to be the best alternative. Instructions leave a lot to be desired. Need to remove the center dash forward cover to install correctly.

Easy to install. The fit of the product is junk. Holes do not line up and the included bolt is too short. It’s a minor thing but it really is frustrating. Get an M6x80mm or so. The mount sticks forward enough but the view from the side (when you get in the truck) is horrendous, very unattractive. I would not recommend this particular mount, I would recommend the one that sits on the dash. I will be switching in the near future.

bought a a pillar mount from edge years ago for my first JUICE with attitude and it fit perfect. this one barley fits with the screw provide and when you finally get it is it doesn't fit flush along the window.

As mentioned in other reviews, the fitment was excellent but the bolt that came with the pillar was too short. An M6 x 1.0 x 75 works perfectly. This product is a huge improvement over the suction cup arm.
