BACK-UP CAMERA (CTS only)
The Evolution CTS has a built-in video port that allows users to connect the state-of-the-art Edge back-up camera to the CTS unit. The high-resolution, 4.3 inch color screen of the CTS allows users to see what’s going on behind them with the Edge camera connected. The camera mode on the Evolution CTS automatically engages when the vehicle goes into reverse. The Edge back-up camera comes with an anti-theft locking license plate mount, night vision capability so you can see in the dark and all cables and parts necessary to make a clean, easy installation with the Evolution CTS. The back-up camera option is a must have for towers and safety-conscious drivers. The Evolution CTS can also connect to any off-the-shelf back-up camera with an NTSC signal and standard RCA jack.

EDGE ACCESSORY SYSTEM (expandable)
The Edge Accessory System (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind. The architecture of the EAS allows users to connect multiple accessories daisy-chain style to the Evolution CS or CTS. Edge engineers are in the process of developing additional accessories that can be added at any time. A second exhaust gas temperature (EGT) probe is one example of an optional accessory that will be offered. Look for a variety of other accessories to become available in the near future.

EDGE ACCESSORY (non-expandable)
For those diesel customers not interested in future expandability and optional future accessories, Edge offers a simple, inexpensive, non-expandable EGT sensor that allows users to monitor critical exhaust gas temperatures to ensure added power is not creating excessive heat which in turn can cause engine damage.

The Evolution CS and CTS both come with a standard windshield mount from Arkon, the leader in device-mounting solutions. The Evolution CS and CTS units have a standard two-tab system built in so they can accept an array of different Arkon Mounts.
